GMT Galerie Marc Triebold

The gallery is located directly opposite the main entrance of the Fondation Beyeler at Baselstrasse 88 in Riehen. 

I'm showing works of classical modernism by August Macke, Hans Thuar, Erich Heckel, Ernst Ludwig Kirchner, Karl Schmidt-Rottluff, Emil Nolde, George Grosz, Pablo Picasso, Georges Braque, Marc Chagall, Henri Matisse, and Hermann Hesse, among others.  In addition, prints and works on paper are on display, which most directly express the intention and talent of the creators. Furthermore, exemplary works by contemporary artists such as Gerhard Richter, Rainer Fetting, Salomé, Helmut Middendorf, Bernd Zimmer, Luciano Castelli, Martin Disler, Karl Horst Hödicke, Siegfried Anzinger, Peter Phillips, Alex Katz and other masters are on display.

In addition, woodcuts by Katsushika Hokusai, as well as works by Ando Hiroshige and other Japanese artists, are on permanent display. You can also look forward to works by Georg Baselitz and A.R. Penck. A special place in my gallery belongs to Raymond Waydelich and Jürgen Brodwolf, who have accompanied me throughout my life and are particularly close to my heart.
The garden will feature sculptures by Claire Ochsner in particular, but also stone sculptures by Kubach-Kropp, as well as a selection of works by Dietrich Klinge and Herbert Mehler. 

All the works I deal in are in excellent condition and free of any defects. Transparency, professionalism and reliability have always been the cornerstones of my work. I look forward to welcoming you to my gallery. Although the gallery is limited in size, it is a little gem in a beautiful garden with old trees.

The gallery is open from Wednesday to Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
